Gift Ideas
Here are some gifts ideas and that have been well received by our nominees. You know your person better than us, and if you feel there is something they would benefit from or appreciate more, we will try our best to accommodate it.Â
Memorial Bear, Blanket or Cushion
We will send the nominee a card containing instructions on how to order the item. When they are ready to order they can make their selection and we will pay for it. Please note, this gift requires using the deceased clothing. If the nominee is not immediately ready to part with the clothing they will have up to 1 year to redeem the gift.
Printed items with loved ones writing
We will require a photo, writing or design sample which we can then add to the item. These are beautiful keepsakes but please bear in mind the quality of samples sent will determine the final look. We will always do our best to produce something which can be treasured.
Crystal Block, Crystal Lock, Ceramic Candle Holder, Handkerchief.
Afternoon Tea for two
We will send the nominee a card containing a gift voucher for the venue you have chosen for them. This gift is ideal to bring people together for a chat and make the nominee feel special, or help them leave their safe circle at home.
Please note there is a limit of £25p/p and check the venue’s T&Cs.
Hair or Nail Appointment
We will send the nominee a card containing instructions of how to redeem this gift. When they are ready we will arrange payment to the salon of their choice. This gift is to lift a low mood, help increase self love and hopefully encourage a little chat along the way.
Limit £25 and redeemable for 1 year.
Flowers
If you wish to send a bouquet for an anniversary, for a grave or special memorial place this can be arranged.
We will enclose a card letting the recipient know who has nominated them
We do ask that this is after the one year anniversary as we find that this is when grieving individuals start to feel more alone. £40 limit inc delivery
Rage Room for 2
Â
We will send the nominee a card containing a gift voucher for the venue you have chosen for them. This gift is ideal for reducing feelings of stress and anger. As time passes these feelings can increase. Possibly as good as therapy!
Â
Please note this is a highly physical activity so please check the venue’s T&Cs
The aim of the above gifts is to remind the bereaved person/family that they are still being thought of and to raise their mood even if for a short while. Grief can be incredibly isolating so getting out for a couple of hours, doing self-care or receiving something tangible as a reminder of their lost loved one, are all things that can make a huge difference.Â
