We would love it if you set up a standing order, but it is completely up to you.
You can set up a weekly £1, or monthly £4 standing order, or more if you like. Or you can make a one off donation, as and when you like.
Once you are set up, we will invite you to join our Facebook group, where you will be able to see where the money is being spent, keep updated with news and events, and nominations.
You can be as active as you like. It’s totally your choice!
It is for anyone who is going through the trauma of loss. The recipient is nominated by loved ones to receive a gift or experience which encourages them to leave the house, enjoy a small treat, and reconnect with people.
We hope these small steps will open up the doorway to conversation and bring a little joy.
There will always be an element of trust, especially with the sensitive subject of loss. We trust that you are putting forward people who are in genuine need, and you will need to trust that we will handle your money in a fair and just way.
No money is passed on unless all the panel agree on the recipient.
We will be as transparent as possible which is why you are added to the Facebook group where you will be kept as up to date as possible, because we couldn’t do this without YOU!
We understand how sensitive a subject this can be, so all details sent to us are confidential. If you are chosen, you will be contacted privately. We would love it if you felt comfortable enough to send us photos to use on the group, but we understand not everyone will feel that way. But hopefully you will feel like sending us a little write up we can add to the group and a few details on how it helped. We will never use your personal details without your permission.

Once you’ve set up your standing order, please drop an email to hello@rightbesideme.co.uk. From there, you will receive your invitation to our Facebook Group.
